
I was getting migraines almost once a week. Almost every morning I would wake up with my neck hurting, and I believe that it was triggering my migraines. I had tried everything! Medications, diet changes, vitamins, yoga, etc. Some were temporary fixes, but nothing was working. It was very frustrating. When I met with Dr. Schofield, I explained to him what was going on with my neck. He took some time to talk with me about my migraines before giving me an adjustment. After that first visit I felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. I walked out of the office feeling so different. I didn’t realize what the misalignment in my neck was doing to my body. Dr. Schofield also gave me some exercises to do at home that focused on my neck. I went to get adjusted two times a week for a few weeks. Now, by choice, I go every three weeks to keep my spine in alignment. After two years of on-and-off neck pain and weekly migraines, I have never felt better! I feel more confident making plans with friends and family now. I don’t have to worry about if I need to call off work anymore. I have a much better quality of life. People don’t understand migraine headaches and how truly debilitating they are. I feel more balanced now and I can enjoy my life again without pain.
